We are not accepting chimney service requests, and no local chimney company is partnered with this site. Earlier submissions remain stored as described below.

Nothing here is tracking you
There are no cookies. There is no analytics package of any description, no advertising or remarketing tag, no social pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap, no chat widget, no embedded video, and no web fonts loaded from anyone else. The typefaces are served from this domain.
There is also no JavaScript on these pages, not a reduced amount but none, which means there is nothing running in your browser that could observe what you do here even in principle. You do not have to take that on faith. Open your browser's developer tools, load any page on this site, and count the network requests. They all point at this domain.
What the old form received
The service form is paused. Earlier submissions could contain:
- Your name and a phone number. Both were required.
- An email address. This was optional.
- The service you picked from the list and whatever you write in the details box.
Three further items were recorded automatically rather than typed: the time your request arrived, the user-agent string your browser sends to every site it visits, and the two-letter country code Cloudflare works out from your connection. Your IP address itself is not stored.
One further item is calculated rather than recorded. Each submission is scored for whether it read as a sales pitch instead of a genuine inquiry, using the wording of the message together with that country code. A pitch was marked; no submission was forwarded to a chimney company. That gathered nothing new about you and deletes nothing: a real inquiry marked by mistake stays in the database and stays retrievable, which is the reason it is marked and not thrown away.
We never ask for a date of birth, income, Social Security number, or any card or bank detail, and there is nowhere on this site to enter them. Nothing about a chimney requires that information, and a site in this line of work that asks for it is worth closing.
Where it went
No local chimney company was connected to receive submissions, and no introduction fee was earned. The about page explains the current status.
Earlier details were not sold or sent to a lead aggregator, data broker, marketing list, or pool of contractors.
Storage and retention
The site runs on Cloudflare's network, so Cloudflare handles requests to it as our hosting provider. Earlier submissions were written to a database on that same network, located in North America. They were not passed to a company.
Records remain until deliberately removed; no automatic deletion period is configured.
Getting it deleted
Use the separate form below with the name and phone number you used before. It saves a privacy request for owner review, not a service inquiry. Sending it does not automatically delete anything. The new request stores your entered fields, arrival time, browser user-agent string and country code.
Children
Nothing on this site is directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
If this changes
The old service endpoint rejects direct posts before personal details are parsed. The privacy request form below is the only active form here.
